END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT for AltFileSearch.

You agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Licence you are not authorised to use AltFileSearch.

AltFileSearch is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as by other intellectual property laws and treaties.  AltFileSearch is licensed, not sold.


GRANT OF LICENCE. This Licence grants you the non-exclusive right to use AltFileSearch for you own use, create derivative works, and use as a component of systems that you develop and distribute.


RESTRICTIONS

-- You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of AltFileSearch.

-- You must maintain all copyright notices on all derivative works of AltFileSearch, clearly differentiating Codematic elements and your own.

-- You may not distribute copies of AltFileSearch to third parties, except as part of a system you develop and distribute.

-- You may not rent or lease AltFileSearch, except as part of a system you develop and rent or lease out.


INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Codematic Limited from and against any loss, damage, claims or lawsuits, including legal fees that arise or result from your use or distribution of the source code.


NO WARRANTY.  AltFileSearch is licensed to you "as is" and "with all faults" and any use of it is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codematic disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.


NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Codematic be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limit, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, corruption of files, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) regardless of cause or form of action, including contract, tort or negligence, arising out of the use of or inability to use AltFileSearch, even if Codematic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  Codematic's entire liability and your exclusive remedy under this licence shall not exceed the amount received by Codematic for your licence for AltFileSearch or one (1) pound sterling if greater.


MISCELLANEOUS.  This Licence is governed by the laws of England.

The name "Codematic Limited" must not be used to endorse or promote products derived from, or containing the AltFileSearch source code without prior written permission.
